How long before I can receive my order?

The process time is 24-48 hours. After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United States is 4-7 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we are focused on serving customers within the US. Our shipping services are tailored to ensure a seamless experience for our domestic customers. We appreciate your understanding and hope to expand our reach internationally in the future. Your interest means a lot to us.

What carrier do you use?

FACE by YZ utilizes a range of reputable shipping partners, including FedEx, UPS, and USPS, to deliver your orders. We are actively engaged in continuous exploration of avenues to enhance the speed and efficiency of your order delivery. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're dedicated to refining our shipping options for an improved experience.

Where can I find my tracking information?

Tracking number will be sent automatically once you order ships to the contact information provided when you place your order. You can also view your shipments directly on your account.

How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders over $100.00. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.

Returns & replacements

What Is Your Return/Exchange Policy?

You may return the item(s) to us within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in original condition and original packaging (manufacturer's box, plastic bags, etc) accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is the result of an error by FACE by YZ. Please note that the original and return shipping and handling charges will NOT be refunded or reimbursed under any circumstances. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

What is your replacement policy?

We'll always do our best to best serve you and provide a replacement for your damaged or missing items. Please contact facebyyz@gmail.com as soon as possible so that we can remediate this for you.

When possible, we prioritize the use of naturally sourced ingredients over synthetic alternatives in all of our formulations.

Are the products safe to use for all skin types?

All products were formulated to be safe for all skin types.

Please consult your doctor with the list of ingredients found on the website if you have any concerns.

What temperature do these products need to be stored at?

We recommend storing our products in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
